We had the pleasure of returning to PS/MS 42Q for the ninth consecutive year since 2016, thanks to the Art a Catalyst for Change grant from the NYC Council and Council Member Selvana Brooks-Powers. This mural was art directed by Kadeem Phillip and explored “Imagine Unlimited Potential” with students at the school’s New York Edge SONYC After School Program.
