What is your mindfulness rooted in? The students of PS 279 joined us in exploring how we are the core of this city. We soon came to discuss the importance of our mental well-being not only on our individual selves, but the impact it has on those around us as well. Connected in more ways than one, PS 279 showed us just how things can rely on where our minds take root and what stems from there.
