Subway dreams are made of these 💭 Thrive X East Village Walls — Thrive artist Peach Tao paints a hopeful scene in a difficult time. Dreaming of a better world to go home to, this mural welcomes spring and peace in the embrace of this little New York family’s commute. Get a closer look as Peach pays a small tribute to the boldness of Xiao Zhen Xie fighting back while being attacked, one of many stories amidst the rise of violence targeting Asian elders. May we all dream of a safe and better world for tomorrow, just as spring brings brighter, bloom-filled days to the year. Many thanks to East Village Walls for the support and sharing our vision to transform our city one mural at a time.
