Inspired by President Theodore Roosevelt’s encouragement to live lives of great daring, PS 280’s classroom teachers were asked what one word or phrase do they want inspiring their students throughout the day. Their responses naturally organized around the ideas of “Dream,” “Be,” and “Do,” and together with the President’s quote mark the school’s main entrance.
