MURRY BERGTRAUM HOME OF THE BLAZERS

R.H.Y.M.E x Murry Bergtraum High School

During the 2024 spring semester, Murry Bergtraum High School students in NYC came together twice a week after school with RHYME teaching artists Jason Roberts and Kevin Toledo to learn about Hip Hop culture, the art of rap and a host of transferable skills embedded within the art such as communication, creative writing, public speaking and collaboration. Together Murry Bergtraum scholars collaboratively wrote, recorded and filmed an original Hip Hop anthem and music video titled “Home of The Blazers”
