MS 839 scholars present “Reaching For The Stars” a student led Hip Hop banger!  MS 839 students in Brooklyn NYC met twice a week for 12 weeks with RHYME and Speek Lyfe teaching artists Paul and Lawrence Coles for the 2024 spring semester to collaboratively write, record and film an original Hip Hop anthem and music video titled “Reaching For The Stars” Special thanks to Roads to Success, Paul and Lawrence Coles, MS 839, and Eric Mason. The song was written and recorded by MS 839 scholars. The music video was shot and edited by Eric Mason.
